Who writes the replies?

Replies are drafted with AI by our small automated studio and checked against your actual reviews before delivery. Every reply is individual, not a template. You review each one before posting.

Do you write or buy reviews?

Never. We only write owner replies to real reviews your customers already left. We don't create, buy, or incentivize reviews. Our review-request templates follow FTC and Google rules: no rewards, no "positive reviews only."

Will this boost my ranking?

We don't promise rankings; nobody honestly can. We do promise every reviewer gets a thoughtful answer that future customers will see.

Do you work with medical, dental, legal, or financial businesses?

Not right now. Public replies in those fields carry privacy and regulatory risks we don't take on.

What if I don't like a reply?
